Sadržaji objavljeni u HOME.TV TO GO smiju se koristiti samo u nekomercijalne svrhe i za individualnu upotrebu te uz poštivanje svih autorskih prava, drugih vlasničkih prava i svakog navedenog ograničenja prava. Svako daljnje kopiranje, reproduciranje ili distribucija je strogo zabranjena bez izričitog pristanka Javnog poduzeća Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. Mostar, (dalje u tekstu: HT ERONET).
HT ERONET zadržava pravo izmjene sadržaja HOME.TV TO GO na bilo koji način, u bilo kojem trenutku i iz bilo kojeg razloga, i neće biti odgovoran ni za kakve moguće posljedice proizašle iz takvih promjena.
Osobni podaci
HT ERONET poštuje privatnost korisnika HOME.TV TO GO. Osobne podatke od korisnika kao što su ime, adresa, telefonski broj i e-mail adresa prikuplja putem prodajnog mjesta prilikom potpisivanja ugovora za uslugu.
Osobni podaci koji se traže od korisnika kod prijave u HOME.TV TO GO su korisničko ime i lozinka. Podaci koji se prikupljaju putem HOME.TV TO GO su podaci o korisničkim aktivnostima – statistika gledanosti. Prikupljanje podataka o korisničkim aktivnostima ima za svrhu prilagođavanje sadržaja korisniku na osnovu korisničkih navika i radi unapređenja usluga. Za potrebe rada i održavanja, HOME.TV TO GO i bilo koje usluge trećih strana mogu se prikupljati datoteke koje bilježe interakciju s HOME.TV TO GO (zapisnici sustava) ili u tu svrhu koristiti druge osobne podatke (poput IP adrese).

Any further copying, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited without the express consent of the JP Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. Mostar, (hereinafter: HT ERONET).
HT ERONET reserves the rights to change the content of HOME.TV TO GO in any way, at any time and for any reason, and will not be liable for any possible consequences arising from such changes.
Personal Data
HT ERONET respects the privacy of its users. Personal user data (such as Name, Address, Telephone number and E-mail address) is collected through the point of sale when signing the service contract.
The personal information required of the user when logging in to HOME.TV TO GO is the username and password. The data collected through HOME.TV TO GO is data on user activities - viewership statistics. The collection of data on user activities is used to adapt the content for the user based on their habits and to improve services.
HT ERONET will not sell or use this data, nor will it transfer this data to a third party without the user's consent.
The collected personal data may be used for legal purposes by the service provider, in court (or in stages leading to possible legal actions) arising from the unauthorized use of the HOME.TV TO GO or related services.
The user is aware of the fact that HT ERONET may request the disclosure of personal data at the request of official public authorities.
For operation and maintenance purposes, HOME.TV TO GO and any third party services may collect files that record interaction with HOME.TV TO GO (system logs) or use other personal information (such as IP addresses) for this purpose.
